RESERVE — The St. John the Baptist Parish Department of Health and Human Services is kicking off the 2018 Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program with Super Tax Day from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today (Feb. 1) at the DHHS office.

Staff will provide an overview on tax planning and preparation, earned income credit and the VITA program.

Interested participants can also schedule appointments at this event.

The program will run from Feb. 6 to April 12.

Appointments will be scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays only from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

The DHHS office is located at 128 Central Avenue in Reserve.
