LAPLACE — LaPlace water pressure has been reduced due to a water leak.
St. John the Baptist Parish officials announced the concern this morning through robo calls and social media posting.
According to Parish officials, an unforeseen “large water leak” on Belle Terre Boulevard is draining water pressure and would continue to impact LaPlace customers until repairs are made.
“There is no estimated time for water restoration, as Utilities and an on-site contractor are working as quickly possible to make emergency repairs,” a Parish statement reads.
