St. John Schools celebrates top elementary, middle school teachers

- The St. John the Baptist Parish School Board honored its school level Teachers of the Year recently. Elementary School Teachers of the Year, front row, from left, are St. John Child Development Center teacher Alecia Johnson, Emily C. Ory Communication Arts Magnet School teacher Joel Baer, Lake Pontchartrain Elementary School teacher Elizabeth Alexander, West St. John Elementary School teacher Vita Robinson and Katie Klibert, marketing and public relations manager for RTC, which awarded gift cards to the winning teachers.
