LAPLACE — Lunch and dinner Feb. 24 benefits Ascension of Our Lord Catholic School.

The Ascension of Our Lord Council 9623 is inviting the public to participate in a fundraiser meal benefiting the school by enjoying delicious meals of their famous fried fish, along with Cajun-boiled corn and potatoes.

Meals will be served from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Feb. 24 in front of the school, 1809 Greenwood Drive in LaPlace, under the KC tent.

An adult plate for $8 comes with two large pieces of golden fried fish filets, Cajun-boiled corn and potatoes.

A child plate for $6 comes with a golden fried fish filet, Cajun-boiled corn and potatoes.

All proceeds will go to help the school.
