Sydney Pfister wins Knights of Columbus scholarship

LAPLACE — St. Charles Catholic senior Sydney Pfister recently received the Knights of Columbus parish-level and Archdiocese-level scholarship awards. She will compete in Baton Rouge on March 29 for a chance to win the state-level scholarship.

The local Knights of Columbus award, along with the area Knights of Columbus award, totals $750. This recognition is given to young adults who have exemplified Catholic leadership in their community and outstanding achievements in high school.
