LAPLACE – St. Charles Parish Registrar of Voters Brian Champagne would like to remind St. Charles Parish residents of some important upcoming dates regarding the special Councilman-at-Large Division B Election on April 5.

Early voting for the election will take place on March 22 and

March 24 – 29 at the Registrar of Voters Office from 8:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. On the west bank, residents can vote early at the courthouse, 15045 River Road in Hahnville, and on the east bank residents can vote early at the Arterbury Building, 14564 River Road in New Sarpy.

April 1 is the last day to request an absentee mail ballot, and April 4 is the last day for the Registrar’s Office to receive an absentee ballot.

Polling locations for the election will be open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 5.
