- Lt. Vernon Bailey Jr. serves pizza to second graders for Pizza with the Police at John L. Ory Magnet in LaPlace. The special event was held on Crazy Hat and Crazy Socks Day as part of Red Ribbon Week activities to promote a safe and drug-free lifestyle.
