The Leon Godchaux High School graduating class of 1967 recently celebrated their 50-year class reunion.
The reunion’s reception was held at the Riverlands’ Country Club in LaPlace following Mass at St. Peter Catholic Church in Reserve.
To honor the 23 classmates who have passed away, there was a Remembrance Table with a framed picture of each classmate.
Also, this year several classmates brought various items such as shirts, sweaters, a girls’ gym uniform and many pictures from 1964 to 1967 for a Memorabilia Table.
Each attendee received a reunion Memory Booklet and enjoyed food catered by Shawn St. Pierre Catering and music by The Oldies but Goodies Dance and Social Club.
Stephanie Dondaldson and Brennan Gravois provided photography.
