Charles Alltmont of LaPlace drops off his old L’OBSERVATEUR newspapers in the recently installed newspaper recycle bin at L’OBSERVATEUR’s office, 116 Newspaper Drive in LaPlace. The public is welcome to use it for newspaper recycling at their convenience.
