Photo feature: Top Deputy Tamplain recognized

- Deputy Amanda Tamplain was named St. John the Baptist Parish Officer of the Month for November by the St. John Business Association. Tamplain, a 911 operator, was selected for the calm manner in which she obtained a confession from a man who had shot and killed his wife.
