Students highlighted for perfect LEAP and EOC scores

RESERVE — The St. John the Baptist Parish Public School Board recently recognized students who scored perfect on LEAP and End of Course tests.
Those who earned perfect scores include Brian Price of East St. John High who scored a Perfect 800 in EOC Geometry, Joshua Gilliam of East St. John High who scored a Perfect 800 in EOC Biology and Emani Payne of Fifth Ward Elementary who scored a Perfect 850 in LEAP Math and a Perfect 500 in LEAP Science.
Athena Martin of LaPlace Elementary scored a Perfect 850 in LEAP English Language Arts, Ava Davis of Lake Pontchartrain Elementary scored a Perfect 500 in LEAP Science and Olivia Reeves of John L. Ory Magnet who scored a Perfect 850 in LEAP English Language Arts.
The students received awards during Nov. 3 meeting, which included recognition by Superintendent Kevin George and School Board President Keith Jones.
