LAPLACE — A St. John the Baptist Parish news conference is scheduled for 9 a.m. today.

President Natalie Robottom, Sheriff Mike Tregre and representatives of Louisiana State Police are expected to address the public.

The conferences is scheduled to stat at 9 a.m. at the St. John Government Building in LaPlace.
