Photo Feature: Thanksgiving donations

- Families of St. Joan of Arc School and Church contributed nonperishable food items throughout November. Urgent Care donated many food items, and Student Council members sorted all items. The sixth grade classes packed the food baskets, and almost 50 overflowing baskets were prepared for delivery. Some who helped were, clockwise from left, Hailey Boeckl, Brittany Marshall, Connor McCrossen, Zora Horne, Alisha Hernandez, Kaitlyn Abair, Elizabeth Prince, Kamryn Scales, Carter Chauvin, Aliyah Narcisse and Chardae Victorian.
Prekindergarten 2, 3, and 4 classes, as well as kindergartners celebrated Thanksgiving feasts with their parents and grandparents. A blessing was said before the meals began, and Kaden Cusimano, left, and Hannah Martin, right, were two of many who folded their hands in prayer.
