Photo feature: Students receive lesson on bully prevention

- Ronald McDonald teaches East St. John Elementary School second-grader Daija Martin about bullying as part of the St. John the Baptist Parish Public School District’s focus on preventing bullying. In addition to the visit by Ronald, lessons at the school and across the district during the October focused on kindness, treatment of others and the differences between the victim, the bully and the bystander and how students can make a difference. Other anti-bullying events took place across the district.
