This month the team has seen some tough competition, but is keeping its cool on the course. “We’re doing fine, playing our usual, good golf,” said Coach Liz Torres. The team is more consistently under par this year, which will be necessity in the games to come. Steve Luminais “has been killing the ball,” said Torres. The team expects to run into their toughest competition in the regional events against University, added Torres. With the team winning the state championship last year, Riverside will host the tournament later this season. Team scores during the last month are as follows:
