€ Timothy J. Charles Jr., 20, 2912 Concordia Drive, LaPlace; resisting officer refusing to move on, resisting officer by resistance/violence (simple), battery of a police officer, criminal damage to property-simple under $500 and threatening public official.

€ Preston L. Pierce, 19, 2117 Williamsburg Drive, contempt of court.

€ Dwayne Romious, 36, 520 Heritage Cove, LaPlace; disturbing the peace cursing or annoying.

€ Kerry Trosclair, 20, 130 E. 15th St., Reserve; underage driving under the influence, vehicle license required, open container law, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana 28-199g.

€ Cynthia M. Williams, 38, 2304 Central St., Lutcher; theft-less than $500.

€ Christopher Johnson, 21, 1023 Balsam St., LaPlace; enter/remain in places/land after forbidden, disturbing the peace cursing or annoying and intimidation-threats.

€ Aaron L. Robertson, 18, 616 Manchester Lane, LaPlace; safety belt use, simple burglary immovable structure and criminal damage to property-simple under $500.

€ Herman Allen III, 47, 294 E. 14th St., Edgard; possession with intent to distribute a Schedule II controlled drug substance to wit crack cocaine and consumption of alcoholic beverage in parking lot.

€ Sherry Haydel, 37, 126 S. Apple St., Garyville; possession with intent to distribute Schedule II controlled drug substance, identity theft, prohibited acts, two counts forgery and two counts all schedules.
