The potent Rebels rushing attack racked up 304 yards rushing, while holding the Rams to seven. This week, the Rebels will travel to play Buras at Fort Jackson. On paper, it is a game the Rebels should have little difficulty. Buras is coming off a 58-0 thumping against West St. John. The Rams defense held the Wildcats to 10-yards of total offense.
Kickoff is set for 7PM.
East St. John versus Ellender
The East St. John Wildcats will look to break a two-game losing streak Friday night when they travel to play Ellender in Bourg. The Wildcats are licking their wounds after a 33-6 defeat against Destrehan. At one point, the Fighting Wildcats held ESJ quarterback Ryan Perrilloux to 7-20 passing.
Ellender, on the other hand, is winless on the 2004 season and is coming off a 49-6 beating to H.L Bourgeois. Despite horrible weather conditions, there were no turnovers in their game. In last season’s game, played at Joe Keller
Memorial Field, the Wildcats mauled the Patriots, 53-0.
Kickoff is set for 7PM at South Terrebonne.
