FRISCO FEST RUN SET
The second annual Frisco Fest 5K/mile run is set for May 22 at 7:30 for the mile run and 8:00 for the 5K run at the San Fransico Plantation in Garyville. Entry fee is $12 before May 1, $15.00 after. Ages 12 and under are free. Race amenities include a custom t-shirt, food, cold beer, free admission to browse around the fest featuring crafts, food and entertainment. BIKE RACE SET
The second annual Tour De’San Francisco bike run is set for May 21 at the San Francisco Plantation in Garyville. Check in time is 7:30 a.m. with a 8 a.m. Start. Lunch will be served at 11 a.m. Your $20 entry fee for the 25-mile race includes a t-shirt, drinks and meal. Fee is

BASEBALL TOURNEY SET
MISS-LOU CLASSIC baseball tournament will be held May 21 & 22 in Vidalia, La. The tournament will offer 5 age divisions of play (8U machine pitch, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U).

HAWKS REMAIN UNDEFEATED
The River Parish Hawks, the River Parishes’ currently undefeated semi-pro baseball team, will play the Dorseyville Dodgers this Sunday, May 22 at 3 p.m. The game will be held at East St. John High School in Reserve. Admission is $4. For more information, call Alvin “Peter” Brown at 504-462-4178
