RESERVE-After one of the more impressive regular seasons in the school’s history, the Reserve Christian girls basketball team will look to begin their run towards a Class B state championship on Thursday night at 7:00 when they play host to wild-card winner XXXXXXXXX.
Led by the Smith sisters, Head Coach Kevin Branch’s Lady Eagles are coming off a season that few can dream of and scores that have captured the attention of teams from around the state.
Reserve Christian has beaten teams by 60, 70 and even on one occasion over 80 points this season and that is with a limited schedule that they have been forced to play due to several teams forfeiting games, the biggest of which was a pair of games midway through the season thanks to a scheduling conflict with Booker T. Washington.
