LAPLACE – Linda Bailey, 58, a native of Tennessee and a resident of LaPlace, died June 12.

She is survived by children Chuckie, Sissy, Debbie, Alice and Mikay Bailey.

She is also survived by 13 grandchildren.

Services were held June 13 at the Millet-Guidry Funeral Home, LaPlace, with interment in Fayetteville, Tennessee.

EINHART

LAPLACE – Harvey G. Einhart, 81, a native of New York and a resident of LaPlace, died June 8. He was the husband of Esther Belvajean Einhart.

He is survived by children Dana Todd and James Einhart.

He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great- grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Harvey A. and Nora Einhart.

Services were held June 12 at the Millet-Guidry Funeral Home Chapel, LaPlace, with a private interment at a later date.

JOHNSON

LAPLACE – Delores Johnson, 65, a native and resident of LaPlace, died June 8. She was the daughter of the late John and Corita Powers.

She is survived by children Kathy Green, Stephanie Gray, John and Barry (Deborah) Howard and Yolanda (Gary) Miles.

She is also survived by siblings James Brown and Leroy Powers, two stepsisters, one stepbrother, 19 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son Gus Howard III.

Services will be held today at 11 a.m. at Rising Star Baptist Church, LaPlace, with interment in St. John Memorial Cemetery, LaPlace.

Hobson Brown Funeral Home of Garyville is in charge of arrangements. Visitation begins at 9 a.m. at the church.

LAPLACE – Vivian Coulon Scioneaux, 88, a native and resident of LaPlace, died June 8. She was the wife of the late Dave Scioneaux.

She is survived by her daughter Fay Scioneaux Stanley.

She is also survived by a grandson Matthew Stanley and special nurses and caretakers Lori, Chamika and Zalda.

She was preceded in death by her parents Roger and Agatha Pierce Coulon and siblings Helen Boudreaux, Alma Ward, Inez Schouest, Roland and Roger Coulon Jr.

Services were held June 9 at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church, LaPlace, with interment in Westlawn Cemetery, Gretna.

KENNER – Ronald Schexnayder, 69, a native of New Orleans and a resident of Kenner, died June 10. He was the husband of Rose Marie DiCarlo.

He is survived by his children David Schexnayder, Brian Schexnayder and Karen Williams.

He is also survived by siblings Florence Dodd, Corinne Dennis and Helene Renaud, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Florence Marie Williams Schexnayder, godparents Rene and Odile bourgeois and a brother Joseph Schexnayder Jr.

Services were held June 13 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Paulina, with interment in the church mausoleum.

VICKNAIR

RESERVE – Norris P. Vicknair, 73, a native and resident of Reserve, died June 11. He was the husband of Natalie &#8220Nat” Tregre Vicknair.

He is survived by children Chad (Rebecca) Vicknair and Cobi (Lane) Harrington.

He is also survived by nine grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Benoit and Adolphine Vicknair and brother Everett Vicknair.

Services were held June 12 at St. Peter Cemetery, Reserve.
