Wildcat baseball came to a conclusion for ’06 with an 8-2 loss to Grace King in Metairie on Wednesday.

East St. John’s Keron Duhe got one of his three hits for an RBI and the lead to open up the first inning. But the Wildcats fell behind in the bottom half of the inning when King scored three on starter Stephen Haniford. Duhe knocked in another run in the third to make it a 3-2 game, but the Fighting Irish would make it 7-2 by the time Duhe could get back to the plate. In all, East St. John had six hits in the game and two errors.

The Wildcats end the season with a 15-12 record.
