LAPLACE – The St. John Council on Aging is offering disaster food stamp assistance to St. John residents 60 years of age and older.

This service is being offered at 214 Regala Park Road, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Assistance will be available through September 23.

The council would like to stress that this service is only for residents 60 years and up. Anyone younger who reports to this location will be turned away.
