Eugene P. Borne, 76, passed away on Monday, May 9, 2011.

He was the beloved husband of Ethel “Sing” Borne, father of Eugene Borne II, Teri Borne, David Borne and the late Raymond Borne, grandfather of Kristin Wilkinson and Nicole, Kenneth, Amanda and Heather Borne, son of the late Eugene J. and Mae Borne, brother of Muriel Millet, Vivian Stuhl, Gloria Berger and the late Woodrow and Allen Borne and Mildred Millet.

He was a native of Reserve and a resident of LaPlace.

Visitation and services were held at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in LaPlace on Wednesday, May 11, 2011. Burial followed in Lake Lawn Cemetery in New Orleans. In lieu of flowers, Masses are preferred. Arrangements were by Millet-Guidry Funeral Home of LaPlace.
