Karen Angela “Weesie” Michael, 50, died June 30, 2012, at Riverlands Nursing Center in Lutcher.

She was the daughter of Louris Williams and stepfather Larry Williams, sister of Lana Johnson (John) and Kermit (Greer) Michael, aunt of Lorielle Gant, Leon (Angela) and Lorne (Candice).

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 6, 2012, at New Zion Christian Ministry in Lutcher, with Pastor Elder Dean Mitchell officiating. Visitation is from 9 a.m. until time of service. Interment will be at St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery in Paulina.
