LAPLACE – River Parishes Hospital announced its monthly art winners for the month of March and April. The March winners are Emily Adcock, a student at Mimosa Park Elementary School, and Jenna Folse and Connor Louque, students at Paulina Elementary School. The April winners were R’Kohby Roberson, a student at Paulina Elementary School and Christina Banks and Akeria Lowe, students at LaPlace Elementary School. Each student was awarded a blue ribbon and a bag of art supplies compliments of Capital One Bank and River Parishes Hospital.

The Young At Art Program is a class project for grades Pre-K through sixth and is open to schools in the River Parishes area. It is a free community program, compliments of River Parishes Hospital. Classes are displayed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Interested teachers should call 985-653-1644.
