The Harry Hurst Middle School Talented Theatre students are already hard at work making preparations for the first play of the year, which will be performed Wednesday, Nov. 14. The show is called “Frumpled Fairy Tales” and shows a different spin on three of their favorite fairy tales: Rumpelstiltskin, Rapunzel and Little Red Riding Hood. The theater students are in charge of all aspects of the production including designing the set, costumes, lights, sound and, of course, acting in the production. Hurst seventh-graders (left to right) Tori Zeringue, Layne Carlson and Maddie Taliancich pull costumes that will be used in the fall play.
