The Rotary Club of St. John the Baptist Parish sponsors a Flag Program for every fourth grade in St. John the Baptist Parish. 

In a recent visit to the Ascension of Our Lord(AOL) Catholic School, Rotarian Cheryl Millet presented AOL Principal Addie Melancon with a flag flown over our nation’s capitol.

The 4th graders were taught the history behind Old Glory and the rules of flying the Stars and Stripes.
