Larry Anthony Boudreaux passed away on Friday, Jan. 24, 2025, in Hammond, La., at the age of 90. He was born on Friday, Jan. 4, 1935 in Laplace, La. to the late Josepha Millet Boudreaux and the late Joël Boudreaux. He was a resident of Ponchatoula, La. Larry worked in the laboratory at Shell Oil in Norco for over 40 years, all while becoming an established brick mason in the community. He was also a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Larry is survived by his wife, Velma Boudreaux; children, Susan Boudreaux, Steven and Darlene Boudreaux, Lisa and Joey Gaudet, Shelly and “Junior” Wagner, and Eric Boudreaux; grandchildren, Kenneth Paul, Mark, Shawn, Candace, Christina, Récheal, Melissa, Jeanine, Steven II, Brandon, Joël, Cory, and Morgan; 33 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Larry is also preceded in death by his first wife, Margie D. Boudreaux; children, Randy Boudreaux and Kenneth Boudreaux, and brother, Donald Boudreaux.
