Detectives Investigate Burglaries at Great American RV

Hammond, LA – The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office is investigating a burglary at Great American RV where multiple recreational vehicles were burglarized.
Chief Jimmy Travis says on an unknown date, multiple travel trailers, 5th wheel campers and sprinter vans at the Hammond RV dealership were reportedly burglarized when it was discovered the power cords and several Bluetooth speakers were missing. Although an exact date of the burglaries is unknown, it is believed the subjects entered the property from the side of Interstate 12, as the units in question were all parked closest to the interstate. The items taken have an estimated total value of over $10,000.
