HAHNVILLE – The St. Charles Parish Department of Parks and Recreation is excited to announce another season of youth golf. Children ages 5 and up are invited to participate in the youth golf program. There are a limited number of spots for the spring session. Registration is open at www.firstteenola.org. Classes begin on March 7.
First Tee is a youth development organization that enables kids to build the strength of character that empowers them through a lifetime of new challenges. By seamlessly integrating the game of golf with a life skills curriculum, First Tee creates active learning experiences that build inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience that kids can carry to everything they do. First Tee is Building Game Changers through its junior golf programs.
First Tee – Greater New Orleans is one of 150 First Tee chapters across the U.S. and select international locations. First Tee reaches kids and teens through programs delivered at 13 golf facilities across the New Orleans area, including St. Charles Parish. The organization offers year-round programming consisting of various classes, clinics and summer camps.
