RESERVE — Tickets for the much-anticipated return of River Parish Community Theatre’s “Cinderella” will go on sale soon. After illness caused the show to close after just one performance last year, patrons were adamant about their desire to see the show re-staged. Many who did get to see the opening night performance called it the best RPCT has done and the best they’ve seen in our community.

Members of the River Parish Community Theatre Gems, the theatre’s patron organization, can purchase tickets beginning June 25. Joining the Gems not only provides advance ticket purchase opportunities, but also offers many benefits and activities to members. Among those benefits are a preview social before the show opens, a members’ only lounge to enjoy before the show, and other priority advantages for RPCT events.

Tickets will go on sale to the public July 1. Tickets will be available at Roussel’s Fine Jewelry & Gifts in LaPlace and on the theatre’s website at www.riverparishtheatre.org.

Anyone attending the St. John Parish fireworks show on July 1 in Reserve can walk down the street and get tickets at St. Peter School that evening as well.
