Sheriff Greg Champagne reports Lumar was arrested on a warrant for the above mentioned charges. The warrant alleges, in the month of July 2020, Lumar struck his child’s mother in the face with a closed fist while she held their child. Lumar also struck her on the side of her body with a child’s push scooter. Lumar was charged accordingly.

Sheriff Greg Champagne reports deputies responded to a report of a male subject with a gunshot wound to the chest who later succumbed to his injuries. The subject was allegedly handling a firearm inside of a vehicle when it discharged, shooting him in the chest. Through investigation, probable cause was found to arrest Fehrenbacher and Oliver for obstruction of justice. Oliver was found to be in possession of marijuana and was charged accordingly.
