EDGARD — Three members of the West St. John track team qualified for the LHSAA state outdoor track & field meet being held at Louisiana State University this Friday.
Ty’Jon Monroe qualified in the 110m hurdles as well as the 300m hurdles. Monroe is the reigning 1A state champion in hurdles from 2021, and West St. John Athletic Director Greg Johnson is hopeful he will duplicate this accomplishment.

Creecy qualified for the discus with a throw of 83’11”, while Bartholomew qualified for the javelin with a throw of 129’.
