At St. Joan of Arc Catholic School, the seventh grade students teamed up with the third graders to make Christmas decorations for the residents at Twin Oaks Nursing Home and Maison Oaks Assisted Living Center.

The older students directed and helped the younger ones to create wall hangings to be delivered to the seventh graders’ adopted grandparents during their upcoming Christmas visit.

The seventh grade students at SJA are continuing an eight-year tradition as they frequently visit their “grandparents” at the home, bringing them joy and, at times, goodies like the decorations they made for Christmas.
