Sheriff Greg Champagne reports Chopin was stopped for a traffic violation.  During the investigation it was determined that the vehicle Chopin was operating was stolen.  Chopin was arrested accordingly.

Sheriff Greg Champagne reports Portera allegedly forced entry to the residence of an exboyfriend.  During the incident, Portera committed a battery against the victim and damaged the victim’s vehicle.  Portera was arrested accordingly.

CHGS: Resisting an Officer, Obstruction of Justice, Failure to Display License Plate, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana, Possession of MDMA, Possession with Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, Fugitive
Sheriff Greg Champagne reports deputies conducted a traffic stop.  During the stop, Porter fled the area on foot.  Deputies apprehended Porter and located marijuana, crack cocaine, and methamphetamine in his possession.  Porter was arrested accordingly.
