Officers of American Legion Post 396 in Metairie were Installed for the year 2021/2022. Members of the 2nd District attended and the Installation Ceremony was performed by the New American Legion Department Commander Richard Bell.
The Officers included: Commander Gene Franques, 1st Vice Commander Andrew Lee, 2nd Vice Commander Edward Maltzahn, Adjutant Maurice Carr, Chaplain Patrick Vitello and Sgt at Arms Jeff Morgan.
