LAPLACE — The fifth annual Race Unity Celebration will begin with lunch and fellowship at noon on Saturday, June 12 at the Thomas F. Daley Memorial Park in LaPlace. An inspirational program will follow at 2 p.m. featuring several musical selections and prayers.
