The Arc of St. Charles will hold the ribbon cutting of its “Throw Me Something Mister” Mardi Gras Merchandise at 10 a.m. April 8 at 36 Apple Street in Norco. Please bring any Mardi Gras beads you may have to donate to the program. Masks should be worn.
