EDGARD — Cynthia Clifton, extension nutrition agent with the LSU AgCenter, recently painted four stencils in the Juan Anthony Joseph Memorial Park with Mrs. Noykio and Mr. Scott with St. John the Baptist Parish Parks and Recreation, Mr. Sorapuru and Mr. Fiest and his brother.

The stencils painted were: Lunges, Side Jumps, Jumping Jacks and Squats. The stencils were painted to encourage the walkers to do side exercises while walking with friends, family and children. The group appreciates Mr. Michael Sanders, Director of Parks and Recreation for St. John the Baptist Parish, and the volunteers who helped paint the stencils.
