Andouille Festival deals available this month

LAPLACE — The St. John the Baptist Parish Andouille Festival, slated for Oct. 17-19 at the St. John Community Center in LaPlace, will feature great food, good music and an overall fun time for all ages.

The Andouille Festival Committee is eager to announce this year’s special offers that make passing a good time a little easier.

Advanced All Weekend Pay-One-Price Ride Bracelet: $50.00

Save money on rides by purchasing an all weekend pay-one-price ride bracelet which includes unlimited ride access throughout the entire festival weekend. This deal alleviates the cost of normal ride rates which range from $3-$5 for one ride and will only be available for purchase until Oct. 16.

4-hour Session Pay-One-Price Ride Bracelet: $20 advance, $25 at Festival

Advance ride bracelets for four hour sessions are also available for $20 before Oct. 16 and $25 at the festival. Session times are Friday 6 – 10 p.m.; Saturday 1 – 5 p.m. and 6 – 10 p.m.; Sunday 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. and 5 – 9 p.m.

$1 Night: Friday, Oct. 17, 2014

Bring a canned food item to the Andouille Festival admission gate on Oct. 17 and pay an admission price of just $1 (normally $3 for 12 years and older). Donated canned goods will be provided to Second Harvest Food Bank. This won’t be the only $1 special of the night — all rides will cost $1 all night as well as popcorn, cotton candy and drinks!

Grab your family and friends and head to the Festival on opening night for this great deal.
