LAPLACE — Sheriff Mike Tregre has announced the following personnel changes:

• Community Relations – Cpl. Darlene Cooperhas been named supervisor.
• Fleet Division– Rick Bailey has been promoted to lieutenant and fleet commander. Sgt. Stephen Hefler has been promoted to assistant fleet commander. Lt. Troy Cassioppi has been named fleet comptroller.
• Human Resources– Sgt. Steven Faucheux has been named commander. Deputy Ashley Clement now manages payroll.
• Internal Affairs Division– Jana Thompson has been promoted to sergeant.
• 911 Communications – Sgt. Meghan Millerhas been named shift supervisor.
• Patrol Division – Lt. Graylin Burlhas been promoted to assistant commander. Chasity Sanford has been promoted to lieutenant and 200 Shift supervisor. Lt. Greg Baker has been named 100 Shift supervisor. Michael Pugh has been promoted to sergeant and 100 Shift assistant supervisor. Antwan Johnson has been promoted to sergeant and 200 Shift assistant supervisor.
• Chief Steve Guidryhas retired and will continue part-time as chief.
