LAPLACE — Families can get in on the Halloween fun with a Trunk-or-Treat from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Galilean Lutheran Church, located at 3404 Highway 51 in LaPlace.

Admission is one canned good item to be donated to the St. John Ministry of Care. The event will feature free hot dogs, drinks, chips, food, games and Trunk-or-Treating. There will be prizes for Best Costume and trunk decorations.
