LAPLACE — St. John Parish Sheriff Mike Tregre invites residents of Cambridge subdivision, as well as others interested, to attend a “Meet Your New Neighbor” gathering to discuss the construction of the new Lloyd B. Johnson Law Enforcement Training Center.

The town hall meeting will be at 9 a.m. Saturday (May 11) at the Arcuri Center in LaPlace.

The St. John Parish Sheriff’s Office is planning a groundbreaking ceremony for the new training center at 10 a.m. May 17 at the site, 947 Cambridge Drive.
