Fifth grader Hannah Burst was chosen as Student of the Year for Norco Elementary School. “During school, she is hard working and a great example to other students,” Teacher Shelly Naquin said. Those pictured include Hannah’s mother Gina Burst, Hannah, sister Leah Burst and mimi Gail Steib.
