Photo Feature: AOL presents Christian Citizenship awards

- Principal Toni Ruiz recently awarded trophies to Ascension of Our Lord students who earned Christian Citizenship for the fourth nine weeks. Those students are Matthew Castro, pictured separately, Durson Aguillard, from left, front row, Gabriel Wilkinson-Rudy, Brayden Drexel, Isabella Chauvin, Payton Williams, Creed Marix, back row, Kyran Schexnayder, Gideon Marix, Noah Ayme, Amie Lewis and Chris Zenicki. A trophy was presented to students from each homeroom whose actions displayed their Christian values.
Matthew Castro holds a Christian Citizenship award. The criteria for being selected include qualities such as being consistently kind, putting others first and living out their faith.
