Attorney General Liz Murrill’s Louisiana Bureau of Investigation agents arrested a 21-year-old from Norco on charges of pornography involving juveniles.

Dominic Jude Anders, of Spruce Street in Norco, was arrested on April 16, 2025, for eight counts of distribution of pornographic materials involving juveniles and three counts of pornography involving juveniles under the age of thirteen (Distribution) (Felony).

Agents initially got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

This arrest resulted from a joint investigation by the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation and the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Anders was booked into the Nelson Coleman Correctional Center. His bond information is not available at this time, as the investigation is ongoing.
