B) Permit Approval – Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church and New Pilgrim Baptist Church – The Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day March/Rally – Monday, January 20th – line up starts at 8:00 AM at the intersection of 400 Ory Drive and BellePointe Blvd, proceed down Airline Hwy to the Percy Hebert Building, where the rally will begin.

PUBLIC HEARING AND ADOPTION ON ORDINANCE(S) 24-74 An ordinance to rescind Ordinance MM1-77, which reads: Ord.MM1-77 – An ordinance authorizing an across the board pay increase for all Civil Service employees and Council Secretary equal to but not greater than 3% or the US CPI not greater than 3.5%, whichever is greater, commencing January 1, 2002, and every year thereafter (T. Houston & V. Johnson)
24-75 An ordinance amending ordinance 23-60 relative to the annual operating budgets for St. John the Baptist Parish for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2024, and ending December 31, 2024 (J. Hotard)

A) Jaclyn Hotard/Peter Montz – Resolution – R24-217 – A Resolution authorizing St. John the Baptist Parish to award the bid for the Culverts and Drainage Improvements Project to LA Contracting Enterprise, LLC
B) Jaclyn Hotard/Peter Montz – Resolution – R24-218 – A Resolution authorizing St. John the Baptist Parish to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with A & E Enterprise Management, LLC for American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator Services.

C) Jaclyn Hotard/Peter Montz – Resolution – R24-219 – A Resolution authorizing St. John the Baptist Parish President to sign and  execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the city of Monroe for Emergency Shelters.

D) Jaclyn Hotard/Peter Montz – Resolution – R24-220 – A Resolution authorizing St. John the Baptist Parish President to execute Change Order No. 1 with TKTMJ, Inc. for the Construction of the Westbank Multipurpose Complex.

E) Jaclyn Hotard/Peter Montz – Resolution – R24-221 – A Resolution authorizing St. John the Baptist Parish President to execute the Certificate of Substantial Completion with Barrier Construction Co, L.L.C. for Hotmix Asphalt Overlay on Prepared Surfaces for 2023 Parish Wide Road Improvements.
