4. Resolution authorizing the Parish President’s Office to advertise for and accept bids for

5. Resolution amending the Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with South Central Planning and
Development Commission for implementation of the South Central Regional Construction

6. Resolution authorizing St. James Parish President Peter Dufresne to sign a Cooperative
