Reserve woman arrested for trespassing

RESERVE — Tara Mollere, 33, of Reserve was arrested September 14, 2023 in connection to a suspicious person report.
Officers began an investigation of an unknown woman sitting on the back porch of a residence on Annex Drive in Reserve on September 12, 2023 about 4 a.m. Upon arrival, officers were unable to locate a suspect.
On September 14, 2023, about 10:30 p.m., officers observed a female fitting the description of the suspect on the Annex Drive residence’s back porch walking through residents’ yards on Central Avenue in Reserve. Officers detained the female, identified as Mollere. She confessed to trespassing on the private property on Annex Drive.
Shortly after, emergency medical services arrived on scene and transported Mollere to a local hospital for a mental evaluation.
Mollere was issued a misdemeanor summons for criminal trespassing of immovable property.
