The contest, which had 18 entrants, was Saturday, August 11, in conjunction with the annual VFW fair in Reserve.

Second place went to Ginger Guidry, right, 4, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Guidry of Reserve. Susan Porteous, 4, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Porteous of Reserve, won third place. Thirty little girls competed for the title Sunday, Aug. 12, in conjunction with the annual VFW Fair in Reserve.
